Around 400 years old and originally a martial art, Tai Chi is now often seen as a gentle form of exercise and is especially good for co-ordination, focusing the body and mind and relaxation while improving general well-being. Please bring a clean pair of soft soled shoes for this class, plimsolls are perfect.
