For women at any stage of their menstrual cycle. Our mini retreat is a safe place to explore and discuss some of the changes we might expect as we enter this phase of life. How to recognise, understand and manage them. Join perimenopause expert Nutritionist Emma Rowland of rebalancingyou.com, Stylist Aga Moodley, director of iamthebrand.co.uk, and Sara at studio at 39. Together we will Explore: * Symptoms of menopause. How to recognise and manage them. * Changes you can make to your diet to support your hormones, not disrupt them. * Tools to reduce anxiety, helping you to feel calmer day to day. * How to freshen up your look to feel confident. With styling tips and advice from Aga you will find out how to up date your wardrobe by making simple inexpensive tweaks, or go all out and completely re invent yourself.
