For women at any stage of their menstrual cycle. Our half day retreat is a safe place to explore and discuss some of the changes we might expect as we enter this phase of life. How to recognise, understand and manage them. Join peri-menopause expert Nutritionist Emma Rowland of rebalancingyou.com and Sara at studio at 39. Together we will Explore: * Symptoms of menopause. How to recognise and manage them. * Changes you can make to your diet to support your hormones, not disrupt them. * Tools to reduce anxiety, helping you to feel calmer day to day.
