ABOUT THE CLASS

Hirisa’s classes will be a combination of exercises to develop strong flexible muscles with an emphasis on breathing and torso strength ensuring improved posture, reduce stress and risk of injury. Originally from Italy, Hirisa moved to the UK in 2016. Her background in classical and contemporary dance led her to Pilates - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own yoga mat and supports if needed.
